第一回たけしゃんの読書のすすめ
こんにちは、たけしゃんです。
今回は「たけしゃんの読書のすすめ」という事で、僕の人生の考え方に豊かさを与えてくれた本の紹介させて頂きます。
豊かさを与えてくれた本というのは、僕自身に気づきを与え行動をおこすキッカケをくれた本の事です。
僕は読書はしますが読むのに時間が結構かかるので、途中で挫折する事も多いです。
そんな僕が読んでいくうちに共感し感動を覚え完読できた本なので読みやすい内容になっていると思います。
今回紹介させて頂く本は、井上篤夫著「志高く 孫正義伝」についてです。
本書はソフトバンクグループ株式会社創設社の孫正義さんについて書かれています。
本書を読むまでは恥ずかしながら孫さんといえば、ソフトバンクの社長というイメージでしかありませんでした。
孫さんが今までやってきた偉業などほとんど知りませんでした。
しかし本書を読むにつれて、その偉業より孫さんの生き方（志）に興奮を覚えていきました。
その興奮を一人でも多くの方と共有できたらと思いお話させて頂きます。

本書の内容
まずは本書の内容について少しお話します。
本書は第一部～第三部の構成になっています。
第一部は孫さんの生い立ちから大学生活までについて書かれています。
孫さんの家族についてや家系の事が紹介されいます。
そして司馬遼太郎の小説「竜馬がゆく」と出会い人生の志を持つ瞬間。
志を持って選んだ日本の高校を一学期の途中での退学、そしてアメリカ留学。
この時若干16歳の孫さんが選んだ生き方に「本当に頭が下がる」と本当に思いました。
そして、何やらワクワクした気持ちになってきました。
アメリカの高校に編入した孫さんは、僅か数か月で飛び級し大学に進学します。
この僅かな高校生の間に後の奥さんになる優美さんと出会います。
大学生活はとんでもないぐらいに勉強に没頭します。
寝る時間以外すべてを勉強にあてる集中力は流石です。
そして大学時代に孫さんの人生に最も影響を与えた出来事が起こります。
それは科学雑誌に載っていたインテルが発表した「i8080コンピューターチップ」の写真です。
これを機に孫さんの人生の方向性が決まっていきます。
時同じくマイクロソフト社会長のビル・ゲイツも雑誌をみて動きだすのです。
孫さんのビジネスの才能の片鱗はこの時期に現れます。
大学の教授たちの協力も元、世界初の翻訳機を発明して多くの資金を手に入れるのです。
第二部
ここからは日本に帰ってきてからの章になっています。
まだ24歳になったばかりの孫さんは会社を興します。
理念は
儲けなければ事業をやる意味がない。
将来、伸びていく業界かどうか。
向こう50年間、夢中になって打ち込めるか。
etc….
こんな目標を立てて2人の社員の前でミカン箱の上たって熱く語っていたそうです。
ちなみに最初にいた2人の社員はすぐに辞めたそうです。
この後はYahooの買収であったり、日本では最大の買収であるボーダフォンの買収など様々な事で大きな事を成しえていきます。
本書の内容についてはこれ以上は触れないでおきます。
是非、手にとって読んでいただけたらと思います。
読み終えた感想
本書を読む前は孫正義さんについては、前に言ったようにソフトバンクグループの社長ぐらいにしか思っていませんでした。
しかし別に生い立ちが凄く良かったわけでもなく、自身で志をもって行動していく孫さんの姿をみて、「僕も何か頑張ろう」
そんな気持ちが湧いてきました。
孫さんの成しえた偉業もすごいのですが、僕が一番すごいと思うの「志の高さ」です。
一度決めた事に対して必ず諦めない情熱が僕にはすごく響きました。
僕も何か志をもって、情熱的に行動できたらと思いました。
読み終えた後の行動の変化
この部分が一番大事だと思いました。
今までの僕は良い書籍や動画などをみて「良かったなぁ」で終わっていました。
それは、「自分には無理だ」とか「あの人とは違う」と思っていたからです。
しかし今回は本書を読み終えた後に、自分の人生に志をもって目標を定めようと行動を始めました。
何故なら孫さんの様にはいかないけれど、自分も情熱をもってできる事をやってみたい素直に思えたからです。
それから毎日プログラミングの勉強などを行っています。
いずれ独立して自分の人生を送れるように努力しています。
まとめ
今回は人生の考え方に豊かさを与えてくれた本という事で「志高く 孫正義伝」を紹介させて頂きました。
僕にとっては本当に素晴らしい出会いに感じる本書でした。
今はコロナの問題などで世の中が少しギスギスしています。
何か熱い思いを持って人に話をすると鬱陶しがられる事もあります。
しかし、孫さんの様に志を高く情熱をもって生きる事が凄く大事な事だと思います。
他人にどう思われるか気にする事は無駄だと思います。
一回しかない自分の人生、一生懸命になれる事が幸せだと思います。
