転職の勧め❕しかし転職前にスキルアップもお勧めします❕

今回は「転職」についてお話したいと思います。
「転職する事で給料をアップしたい❕」「もっと自分にあった仕事がしたい❕」
もしくは、「会社がかなりブッラクだ」「上司や同僚と合わない」etc様々に理由があると思います。
しかし「転職して本当に大丈夫だろうか？今の会社に残った方が良いのだろうか？」と転職する事に悩んでいる人も多くいると思いますが、結論から言うと転職をお勧めします。
しかし、条件があってのお勧めです。
その理由について順にお話します。
1.何故、転職を勧めるのか
2.転職後どうなるのか

まずは一般的な転職したい理由と、転職に対する意識調査を紹介します。

1.何故、転職を勧めるのか
●ポジティブな理由の転職
●ネガティブな理由の転職
まずは転職の理由について見ていくと、1番～3番まではポジティブな理由ですね。
しかし、4番～下はネガティブな理由と感じますね。
続いて下の転職の許容範囲についての表を見ると、少なくても2.3回の転職は普通だと感じますね。
転職を希望する人の数と男女の割合
総務省の調査によると、転職希望者は824万人、就業者に占める転職希望者の割合は12.6％で、およそ8人に1人の人が転職を希望しています。性別で比較してみると、男性10.7％、女性15.2％と、女性のほうが高くなっています。 公益財団法人 生命保険文化センターより引用
ここまでのデータで分かる事は、現在の日本では転職をする事は当り前だという事です。
ひと昔前は転職をする事が「恥ずかしい」「職場から逃げた」「自分勝手な奴」と言われていましたが、そんな考え方はかなり古いのです。
では、転職する理由についてお話します。
●ポジティブな理由の転職
この理由については、前向きな姿勢ですのでドンドン進んでいく事をお勧めします。
現在は職安だけではなく、就職サイトも充実しているので多くの職業の募集を見る事が出来るので、興味を持った仕事を徹底的に調べる事をお勧めします。
サイトによっては、その仕事の経験者や、現在就労している人の声も聞けるのでドンドン調べていきましょう。
しかし、ポジティブな思考になって「給料は必ずアップする職場を見つけてやる。」と思っていると落とし穴に落ちる事があります。
転職によって給料がアップする人は確かにいます。
転職後に給料が大幅にアップする例は、「ヘッドハンティングによる転職」「転職前の会社が正当な評価をしていない場合」などが挙げられますが、ほとんどの人は大幅な給料アップは期待出来ません。
何故なら、仕事ごとの平均給与は、ほぼ確定しているからです。
コンビニのバイトを例えにだすと、時給が1000円前後ではないでしょうか。
ローソンでバイト経験があるからといって、ファミリーマートで時給2000円で雇ってくれる事は無いと思います。
僕は前職で建設会社に勤めていましたが、日払いの作業員の方の日当は天井で15000円ぐらいでした。
理由は仕事に対する価値が給料になるからなのです。
今回のテーマとして転職はお勧めですが、スキルアップをする事もお勧めする理由がここにあります。
仕事に対する価値が給料になる事は、キツイ言い方をすれば皆さんの現在の価値が給料になります。
しかし、それを前提に考えると、自分の価値を上げる事が出来れば給料はアップします。
自分の価値を上げるには、その仕事において必要な資格を取得する一つです。
「ただ今より良くなりたいから転職したい。」という気持ちは大事ですが、自分自身を見つめてから、必要なスキルを手にして行動する事も大事だと思います。
●ネガティブな理由の転職
続いてはネガティブな理由の転職についてお話します。
結論から言うと、すぐ転職する事をお勧めします。
ネガティブな状態になってまで職場にいると、本当に体調不良・または精神的に追い詰められてうつ病などにもなりかねません。
精神的に追い詰められても頑張る人は「ここで辞めたら皆に迷惑がかかる」と考える人が多いと思います。
しかし、一人ぐらい辞めても会社は回りますので、自分を大切にするためにネガティブな環境からいち早く抜ける事をお勧めします。
2.転職後どうなるのか
晴れて転職した後は、スキルを持って入社しても環境に馴染むまでに時間がかかる事もあります。
転職後に精神的ダメージを受ける人は、新しい職場に馴染めない事が理由に多いそうです。
最初はだれでも初めての事は沢山あるので、自分から職場の同僚に積極的に話しかけてみましょう。
そして、常にスキルアップする事を意識して働く事が大事になってきます。

結果、給料に関してはあまり改善されませんでした。
しかし、ネガティブな理由で転職をした時は心が救われました。
ですので、今現在ポジティブな理由・ネガティブな理由どちらでも転職を考えている方に今回の記事を少しだけ役立てればと思っています。
