夢の不労所得生活へ初心者でもわかる株式投資入門編その①
こんにちは、たけしゃんです。
テレビのニュースから聞こえてくるのはコロナ渦の昨今では、「収入が減少している人が増えている。」
このようなネガティブな情報が多いですよね。
ここ数年で収入を増やすために、20～40代の人で株式投資を始める人が増えている様です。
そして夢の不労所得生活を手に入れている人も増えています。
一度きりの人生，自分の好きように生きてみたいですよね。
その為には、不労所得が理想だと思います。
今回は不労所得の手段になる一つして、株式投資の世界を見ていきたいと思います。
でも、株式投資と聞いて初心者の方は
株式投資って何か怖そう。
・株式投資に興味はあるが仕組みがよくわからない。
・株式投資をはじめてみたい。
そんな不安・疑問・希望があると思います。

それでは早速、株式投資の世界をみていきましょう。
①株・株式会社の仕組みについて
まずは株式会社について簡単に説明をしていきます。
株とは一言でいうと「会社の所有権を分割する」という意味です。
「会社の証券を分割する」この言葉だけでは初心者の方には意味がわかりませんよね。
これは、株式会社の権利を株式を購入した人達で分配するという意味です
。
ここでよく勘違いされるのは、会社の所有者は会社を作った人（創業者）のもの。
そう思われる事があります。
確かに株式会社ではない企業では、会社の所有者は創業者である場合が多いでしょう。
会社を起業する際に必要な資金を個人で出資した場合は創業者の持ち物になります。
しかし株式会社の場合は仕組みが違います。
「会社の所有権を分割する」とは複数人数で会社を保有する事になります。
それでは具体的な例をみていきましょう。
例えば、Aさんが居酒屋を起業することにしました。
起業するには資金が1000万円必要です。
しかしAさんには自己資金や銀行などの借入で、400万円を用意するのがやっとでした。
これでは必要な資金1000万円には600万円足りません。
そこでAさんは、残りの600万円の出資を知人のBさん、Cさん、Dさんに頼みました。
1株1万円の設定で出資をお願いしました。
Bさんは200万円（200株）、Cさんは100万円（100株）、Dさんは300万円（300株）を出資してくれました。
これで起業した居酒屋は
Aさんが400万円（40%の所有権）
Bさんが200万円（20%の所有権）
Cさんが100万円（10%の所有権）
Dさんが300万円（30%の所有権）
この分割で会社を所有する事になります。
これが「会社の所有権を分割する」株式会社になります。
起業する準備ができれば、次にどういった居酒屋にしていくのか検討する必要があります。
Aさんは材料にこだわった高級志向の店にしたいと思っています。
CさんとDさんは、安価な食材を使ったリーズナブルな店にしたいと思っていいます。
Aさんの意見はCさんとDさん達と違うものになりました。
この場合株式会社では株の保有率によって発言権が与えられます。
今回のケースではAさんが40%の保有率で大株主になります。
しかしCさんの10%の保有とDさんの30%の合計で40%となります。
この場合Aさんと、CさんプラスDさんの保有率は対等になります。
そこでBさんの発言権にゆだねられます。
BさんはAさんの考えに賛同しました。
これでAさん（40%）、Bさん（20%）合計60%なり過半数を得て、食材にこだわったお店でいくことが決定しました。
こうしてスタートしたAさん達の経営する居酒屋（今後の記載は居酒屋）は繁盛していきました。
Aさんは最初にお店の利益があがれば、出資した人に利益の一部を分配すると言っていました。
分配は出資金額の5%と決めていました。
これによってAさんは400万円出資額にたいしての5%=20万円
Bさんは200万円の5%=10万円
Cさんは100万円の5%=5万円
Dさんは300万円の5%=15万円
以上の金額が受け取ることになります。
これが株を保有するメリットの一つ「配当」です。
Aさん達は居酒屋の経営が上手く軌道にのったので、もっと大きくしようと思いました。
その為には店舗数を増やすことが必要になってきました。
それには莫大な資金が必要になります。
そこでAさん達は今までとは違い株を誰でも買えるようにするために、市場に売り出すことに決めました。
このように株や金融商品を取引する市場を「証券市場」と言います。
しかし株式を株式市場に上場したいと思ってもすぐに上場する事はでえきません。
今回の記事では、初心者向きの株・投資入門なので、上場する上の手続きなどは割愛させて頂きます。
では話を戻してAさん達の居酒屋が上場したとします。
次に決める事は株の価格です。
株の価格についてはAさん達で勝手には決められません。
取引を行っている証券会社がAさん達の会社の業績などを調べた上で決定します。
開業当初Aさん達の会社は、1株=10000円で1000株発行していました。
つまり1000株×10000万円=10000000円の資金でした。
審査の結果居酒屋の売り上げの見込みや、会社の経営状態が良かったので、
1株が10万円になり、1000株の発行が認められました。
したがって、10万×1000株=1億の資金を調達する事ができたのです。
これで居酒屋の株は一般に売買される様になります。
株の価値は常に変動していきます。
市場では株を売りたい人と、買いたい人の希望が一致して初めて売買が成立します。
例えば居酒屋の株を1株11万円で販売したいと思っていても、11万円で買いたい人がいなければ売買は成立しません。
では今より高値で株を買いたい時はどうゆう時でしょう
それは会社の将来性と安全性がある時です。
会社が健全であれば、会社が大きくなり利益を多く生み出します。
それによって配当金が多く入ることが期待されるので高値であっても買う人はいます。
以上の通りどんどん高値で取引が行われていけば、株は上昇していきます。
逆に将来性と安全性にかけた会社の株はどんどん価値が下がっていきます。
もしその会社が倒産すれば、株の価値は0になります。
その会社のネガティブなニュースなどが報道されると、株の保有者が手放そうとするので、
どんどん株の価値が下がっていきます。
これがコロナなどで世界中に影響をあたえると、世界同時株安になります。
この場合どれだけ株を売りたいと思っていても、なかなか株を売る事ができません。
居酒屋の場合、10万円で株を売りたくても、9万円、8万円、7万円と値段が下がっていって、やっと売れるという事もあります。
結果的に株の暴落になります。
余談ですが株が売れた人はそのお金をどうゆう風に使うのか、一例をあげてみます。
株はそもそもリスクの高い投資だと言えます。
なぜなら、下手をすれば保有している株がただの紙切れになる恐れがあるからです。
例え居酒屋の株を1株10万円で10株保有した場合、100万円の資産になります。
しかし居酒屋が倒産すれば、資産は0円になります。
そこでそれ自体に価値がある金や、信用がある国（破綻しにくい国）の国債などを購入する人もいます。
つまり損失を被ってでもリスクの高い株を売却して、リスクの低い金の購入、国債の購入などの安全資産に動く傾向があります。
しかし先行きが明るい傾向に向いていけば（コロナの終息）など。
投資家は一旦安全な場所においていた資産を、再び株の投資に回してきます。
何故なら国債より株の方が値上がりする可能性が高いからです。
そうなれば株式市場が全体的に活気づき高値での売買が行われていきます。
以上が株の仕組みについての説明になります。
今回は初心者向きの記事ですので簡単に説明させて頂きました。
常に勉強が必要な世界なので、情報収集は怠らない様にしましょう。
②株式投資で得られるもの
株式会社と株の仕組みが分かったところで、次は株式投資で得られる3ツノメリットを見ていきましょう。
その①値上がり益「キャピタル・ゲイン」
株を安い時に購入して、値上がりした時に売って差額の利益を得る事です。
その②配当
上記で説明した事ですが、株式を購入した企業が利益を出した時に株式保有数によって利益を分配される事です。
その③株主優待
最近テレビなどでよく見ますよね。
これは投資家が企業から受け取れるオマケみたいなものです。
③実際に株を始めるには
続きまして、実際に株式投資を始める為のお話をしていきます。
株式投資を始めるにはまず、証券会社に口座開設する必要があります。
口座開設方法は直接証券会社の窓口に出向いて口座開設する。
ネットで口座開設をする。
上記の2種類です。
お勧めはネットで開設するです。
ネットで申し込みをすると、だいたい1週間ぐらいで口座開設できます。
ここで一つお薦めの証券会社を紹介します。
しかし証券会社は開設するあなた自身で調べてから行ってください。
何故ならここから先の株式投資の世界では、自分で色々調べる力が必要になるからです。
まずは証券会社をご自身で色々調べてみましょう。

今回は不労所得を手にする為の手段として、株式投資の入り口までお話しました。
一回限りの人生、時間を有意義に使いたいですよね。
株式投資はお金だけではなく、自由な時間も手に入る手段だと思います。

When I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I get four emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is a way you can remove me from that service? Thanks.
