こんにちは、たけしゃんです。
今回はワクワクする未来のお話です。
最近テレビでもちょくちょく話題にあがる「空飛ぶクルマ」についてお話したいと思います。
僕が空飛ぶクルマで思い出すのが映画「バック・トゥ・ザ・フューチャー」で登場したデロリアン（タイムマシン）です。
当時小学生だった僕は、クルマが空を飛ぶ世界に憧れました。
しかし、現実は「バック・トゥ・ザ・フューチャー2」の舞台となった2015年になってもクルマは飛んでいません。
「やはりクルマが飛ぶ世界は来ないのか」と諦めていました。
しかし近年少しづつですが「空飛ぶクルマ」は現実的になってきました。
クルマが空を飛ぶ世界を想像すると、本当に未来が来たと感じます。
今回はそんなワクワクするお話をさせて頂きます。

1:空飛ぶクルマとは
空飛ぶクルマの名称及び定義はハッキリとした定義はありません。
日本においては「電動と自動垂直離着陸が一つになったもの」としています。
見た目も様々で開発した企業、団体によって特徴が見られます。
空飛ぶクルマの販売が可能になれば、見た目で選ぶ楽しさもありますよね。
そして現在世界中で「空飛ぶクルマ」の開発が進んでいます。
その企業及び団体数は200を超えるとされています。
アメリカ・中国・ドイツ・韓国など多くの国が開発に力を入れています。
そして「空飛ぶクルマ」の友人試験飛行に成功した事例もあります。
しかも日本では2018年度の未来投資戦略 では
・世界に先駆けた“空飛ぶクルマ”の実現のため、年内を目途に、電動
化や自動化などの技術開発、実証を通じた運航管理や耐空証明などの
インフラ・制度整備や、“空飛ぶクルマ”に対する社会受容性の向上等
の課題について官民で議論する協議会を立ち上げ、ロードマップを策
定する。
・様々な交通サービスをデータでつなげて新たな付加価値を生み出すモ
ビリティサービス等(MaaS)の促進について、オンデマンドなどのサー
ビス高度化、API 等によるデータ連携・プラットフォーム、対応する
制度の在り方等について、本年度中に検討を行う

このように明言しています。
正に国をあげてのプロジェクトだと言えますよね。
2:完成すれば何ができるのか
ここでは空飛ぶクルマが完成するとどうなるかをお話します。
<br1:移動手段としての実用
まずは移動手段としての活用があげられますよね。
交通渋滞のない移動を考えると出勤などのシーンではかなりストレスが軽減されます。
今までとは違って空のドライブなども流行るかもしれません。<brまた道がない場所への移動も可能になるので、離島なへの移動にも使われると思います。
しかし、多くの空飛ぶクルマが飛行すれば空の交通ルールもできると思われます。
また、火災時や自然災害時などの救出活動でも力を発揮すると考えらています。
3:現実化するためのハードル
ここからは空飛ぶクルマの現実化のための要素をお伝えします。
①空飛ぶクルマの完全自動運転の確立
まずは空飛ぶクルマの開発は自動運転がメインで進められていることです。
本体自体が鉄のボディだと考えると誤って市街地などに落ちてしまった場合には最悪の事態になってしまうために自動操縦が必要と考えられています。
自動操縦は現在の車でも開発されていますが、完全自動操縦の車はまだ発表されていません。
安全を第一に考えると、この部分がクリアにならなければなりませんよね。
②燃料などのコスト問題
これは飛行機などの場合でも同じですが、飛行するための燃料の価格の高さが問題になりそうです。
しかも飛行機の航空機燃料は1リットルあたり64円前後ですが、クルマのガソリンを使用する場合はおよそ倍の金額になります。
そこを改善できなければ、一般的な普及は難しいでしょう。
4:空飛ぶクルマを購入するには
ここが一番気になると思います。
僕自身も実際に購入できればなんとか手に入れたいと思っています。
それではお話していきます。
まずは一般販売を発表したのは、米シリコンバレーのopenerが開発した「BlackFly」です。
これまで9年もの開発期間を経て飛行試験は約1400回以上行われています。
飛行距離にして12000マイル以上の結果をだしています。
飛行は電力によるもので、操作はレバーで方向入力するものになっているようです。
ガソリンの使用にはなっていない為に燃料費は抑えられそうですね。
なお自動運転の機能もついており、自宅にかえる際は自動で帰れるようになっています。
しかし位置づけとしては「軽量飛行機」になるので、米国連邦航空局の「プライベートパイロット筆記試験」に合格する必要があります。
そして気になる価格は約400万円前後とされています。
この価格帯ならと考える人も多くいると思います。
多くの企業が空飛ぶクルマを完成させて、大量生産が可能になればもっとお手軽な値段になると思います。
5:まとめ
今回は夢のある未来のお話をさせて頂きました。
空飛ぶクルマの出現は子供の頃のワクワク感を思い出させてくれています。
実現するまでにはまだまだ超えれいかなければならない壁はあると思いますが、本当に楽しみです。
日本の企業も頑張って開発をしているので、純国産の空飛ぶクルマをモーターショーで見れる日があると思います。
空飛ぶクルマの現実化を楽しみに待ちましょう。
